Thank you for your Order! We are looking forward to Serving You Further. We are as excited to ship as you are to receive. We ship all orders from our warehouse located in New York, USA

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All US orders $50 or more receive free ground shipping.

All expedited shipments are an additional charge. Fee depends on your location.  Price will be determined at checkout.

All international packages including Canada are shipped via DHL or FedEx. We provide a tracking number  but transit times vary by country the package will be delivered to. Please keep in mind that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the United States and are not included in your order’s total.  All custom fees, taxes and duties are the customer’s responsibility, Light of The Eyes will not be responsible for these charges. All international orders are final sale.

ORDER STATUS

It’s our pleasure to get orders out as quickly as possible, some orders may take 3-5 days to process before shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted. Please make sure to provide a correct address and ship to a secure location, we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.  If you’re missing items, or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.  For more return information, please refer to our return policy below.

RETURN POLICY

Customer Satisfaction is our first priority, Light Of The Eyes aims to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and the best online shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), you may return it, for an exchange, or store credit within 7 days from the date received. The return package must be postmarked back to us within seven calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Items can be returned after this seven-day-timeframe for an exchange or store credit.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. Oversize items may require an additional restocking fee. Once your return has been approved, we will issue a store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange.

*Items purchased from the sale category are final sale.

*We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit and that there are no other issues. We cannot accept returns or submit refunds after items have been washed.

Unfortunately customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, this also applies to orders that qualified for free shipping. No return form is necessary; all we need with the package is a note including the order number and name associated with the order. While you are not required to create a Light Of The Eyes  account in order to make a purchase, we highly recommend it. By creating an account with us, you gain the ability to view your past orders, check the status of current orders and track each shipment.

Proof of purchase is required for items to be return-eligible. 

Returns over $150 will be issued a store credit and restocking fee of 10%.  Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse.
