Light Of The Eyes is an online prime boutique. Our offices and distribution centers are located in New York, United States.

You can place an order by emailing us at support@lightoftheeyes.com. Also you may place an order directly on our website by following the instructions below: Add an item to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button on the item’s product page.

Click on “Cart” at the top right corner of our website to review your cart, add specific order notes if necessary.

If you are done shopping, click on “checkout” and follow the instructions until your order has been confirmed. You’ll know your order is complete when you see our Order Confirmation page with your order number.

You are not required to create an  account in order to make a purchase, we highly recommend it. By creating an account with us, you will have the ability to view your past orders, check the status of current orders and track each shipment. Creating an account is simple and easy.

We do our best to ship the items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing time and your order to ship out, average shipping times are 7-14 days. We urge all customers to inform us within 12 hours upon placing the order  if you would like to change the shipping address or cancel the order. If we did not receive any email from you, we assume your is good and we will proceed to process the order accordingly.  After processing your items will normally be shipped within 3 to 7 days.  Your patience and understanding is highly appreciated.

Shipping times are only estimates and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed.  The average shipping time is around 2-4 weeks for the majority of the countries. International shipment might take longer.

We offer free shipping within the USA in all orders over $50. Other orders vary depending on your location.  Please check our Shipping & Return Policy for a detailed breakdown of our shipping costs. If you have any questions in regards to the shipping, do not hesitate to contact us.

Our exclusive, online children’s boutique is proud to ship internationally, delivering renowned and custom made garments around the world! You can refer to our Shipping Policy for all additional shipping details.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected once a shipment reaches your country. Light Of The Eyes cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying the charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information. On some occasions, custom agents may hold and delay delivery of some packages until the duties and taxes are paid.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and for any reason you did not receive please  email us at support@lightoftheeyes.com 

You will be eligible for a replacement if your item arrives damaged or breaks within the 14 days grace period after you have received your item from our courier service. Allow us a few days to investigate, we will send a replacement if necessary.

Your credit card data is transmitted to our server in an encrypted SSL code (Secure Socket Layer).   Our company cannot see credit card information and does not store these numbers on its server. No single person has access to this information, whether digitally, printed or otherwise.

We accept all major forms of credit card including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Diners Club, Maestro and JCB. We also accept Amazon Payment,  PayPal, Apple Pay. We process all orders through our SSL secured shopping cart.  We do not see or store your credit card information.

Your order may not go through for numerous reasons. If your Credit Card has been declined please see below. If you need our help please feel free to contact us anytime.

  • Use latest version of the web browser

  • You mistyped your number.

  • You have mistyped the expiration date or the security code (CVV).

  • The name and address does not match the address your bank has on file for you.

  • Your bank has refused the payment for security reasons.

  • There are not enough funds in your account to cover the payment.

Please contact your credit card provider or bank for more detailed information as to why your payment was refused.

  • Gift cards do not expire.

  • Gift cards are virtual and are sent by mail or email  to the recipient once the entire order has been validated and payment received. A confirmation email is sent to the sender to confirm delivery.

  • A gift card can be used in several instances until the remaining balance is zero during the period of validity.

  • Gift cards can not be exchanged or returned, including for loss or theft.

  • Gift cards are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for money.

  • The gift card is used as a payment method for products and delivery charges in an order.

  • If the amount of your order is greater than the value of your gift card, you can complete payment with any of the accepted methods listed on the site.

  • Light Of The Eyes  is not responsible in case of theft, loss, destruction or unauthorized use of a gift card by an individual.

  • Promotional codes do not apply to the purchase of gift cards.

If the tracking link you have been provided in your shipping confirmation email fails to pull up shipping information, please copy the tracking confirmation number from your email and enter it directly into the shipping carrier site here for detailed information on your package’s shipping status.  If you are still unable to locate the package, kindly email us at support@lightoftheeyes.com and provide us with the below information:

  • Order Number

  • Full Name used to place the order

  • Email address used to place the order

If you have not received your order 21 days after the item has been shipped, please contact our support team at support@lightoftheeyes.com and provide us with your full name, order number and email address used to place the order.

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at support@lightoftheeyes.com  and provide us with your order number, full name and email address used to place the order. We will make sure the issue is resolved for you!

It is not possible to add or remove items in an existing order. However, you can make another order anytime. Contact our customer service and we will confirm when or if the change has been made.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. In order to keep our fast delivery times, your order will be processed as soon as it has entered our system. Therefore, we can not guarantee we can cancel your order.

Enter your discount code in the “apply coupon code” section during the checkout process. Hit apply and the discount amount will be reflected on the order total immediately.

Only one discount code may be used per order.

No discount codes will NOT work on sale items. If you have sale items in your cart, they will not reflect the discount.  Only items that are not on sale will be discounted.

We have multiple centers and have a large assortment of products. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next item. Please do not panic if you don’t receive all of your items at one.. They are on the way. You can use your tracking number to track your orders.
